Check-in is at 4:00pm unless early check-in is purchased at checkout and approved by management. Check-out is at 11:00am.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations that purchase travel protection may receive a full refund at any point for any reason less the cost of travel protection. Cabin reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cabin cancellations less than 30 days before arrival forfeit entire room charge plus tax. All other reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit entire room charge plus tax. Weather, road conditions, wildfires, or air quality do not qualify for refunds. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Pet Policy

Pets are only allowed in select rooms and require an additional cleaning fee. Pets are permitted in the RV park but must be leashed and supervised at all times while outside. Pets are not allowed in the private cabin. A maximum of two pets per unit is allowed, and each pet must weigh less than 80 lbs. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pets.

Terms and Conditions

The person(s) making the reservation is responsible for all charges incurred during the stay and for any damage to rooms, cabins, furnishings, fixtures, or other property. Guests agree to reimburse River’s Fork Lodge for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or additional work required due to damage beyond normal wear and tear. River’s Fork Lodge is authorized to charge the credit card provided at the time of reservation or check-in for such costs.

Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside rooms, cabins, patios, decks, and shared spaces. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.

Fish or game are not permitted inside rooms or cabins. Evidence of fish or game inside a room or cabin will result in a $300 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.

Check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (11:00 AM) are contactless. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive a text message with your room number or RV spot and a door code for entry. Please provide a mobile phone number when making your reservation. If early check-in has been purchased, guests may arrive as early as 12:00 PM.

Upon arrival, a $200 credit card authorization will be placed for incidentals. This authorization does not post to your account and is used only to guarantee payment in case of damages or additional charges.

Rooms are serviced on an as-needed basis. If you need towels, trash removal, or other assistance during your stay, just let us know.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests during these hours.

Campfires are only permitted in designated fire pits and must comply with current U.S. Forest Service fire restrictions. Guests are responsible for fully extinguishing fires before leaving them unattended.

The drive to River’s Fork Lodge is beautiful but wildlife is common in the area, including elk and other large animals. Please drive cautiously.

Due to our location within a national forest, there is no cellular service in the immediate area. WiFi is provided via Starlink and typically offers speeds of approximately 40 Mbps, though speeds and reliability may vary.

Food options nearby are limited. The general store next door offers packaged food options, and our staff can recommend several restaurants within approximately ten minutes of the lodge.

River’s Fork Lodge is located in a remote natural environment near the Salmon River and within a national forest. Guests understand that outdoor recreation and travel in this area involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, swift river currents, slippery surfaces, wildlife encounters, changing weather conditions, and limited emergency services. Guests entering the river should always wear a life jacket and practice proper river safety.

By staying at River’s Fork Lodge, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with these natural conditions and outdoor activities. River’s Fork Lodge and its staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from such risks. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring proper safety precautions during outdoor activities.

River’s Fork Lodge and its staff assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.

Recreational equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks, and other gear may be made available to guests. Use of this equipment is voluntary and entirely at the guest’s own risk. River’s Fork Lodge is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using such equipment. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of recreational equipment and are responsible for using it safely. Life jackets are required when using watercraft.

River’s Fork Lodge reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests from the property without refund for violations of these policies.
